Chandra Villa in Bentota is an oasis in a quiet residential area, yet close to the sea (less than 8 minutes’ walk) and to the well-known hotels. Bentota in southwest of Sri Lanka is well known for its beautiful sandy beaches.
Chandra Villa is a 200-year-old mansion built in the British colonial era. This beautiful house is located in a huge park-like garden. By the end of year 2007 it was converted into a guest house with treatment rooms for Ayurvedic treatments. The rooms are beautifully furnished with carved wooden furniture in Sri Lanka-fitted style and fans. A common room which is equipped with seating and TV is also available.
